| Located in the Lehigh County, Pennsylvania in United States, Allentown is a beautiful city with fabulous attraction for the visitors. It is the third most populated city of Pennsylvania with a population of more than 106,632. This city is ion the bank of Lehigh River that offers an eternal beauty to the city. Out of three cities that form the Lehigh region, Allentown is the largest one with the adjacent cities of Bethlehem and Easton. It has got the credit of being the fifth largest city of USA.City of Allentown features some of the finest amusement parks like Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom. Some famous educational establishments like Muhlenberg College and Cedar Crest College also exist over here. The list of other prominent attractions includes Great Allentown Fair and many others. Talking of the Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom, this amusement park is home to various exciting means of entertainment. You can be here during the period between May and October. Great Allentown fair is held in late August and is a nice place for enjoying the national musical acts. Various other events keep taking place in this lively city. Crocodile Rock Café is a popular spots amongst the tourists where visitors like to go in the night. It is on the Hamilton St. in the center of the city. You can also enjoy skiing on the nearby mountains. Ski Blue mountain is located in Palmerton which is a short drive away. |
