Just because of its mood altering effects, it has led to a significant increase in illicit usage over the past decade.On the other side of the story, when you get to know that a person is having drug addiction, it often becomes a tough decision whether to make an addiction report or not. Things get really tough when you find that the addict is very much close to you. In this case too, you should build the courage and take the necessary action required. For this purpose, you will first have to find out the various symptoms of an addicted person. There are actually behavioral changes in an addicted person. If you find any such changes in a person, you should keep a close look on the person and find out whether your doubt is right or not. Well, there may be some reasons, why a person might behave in the particular way. So, it is very essential here to confirm your doubt first.Then you can make a decision whether to make an addiction report to the police or make your own efforts to rescue the person. If the addicted person is a closed one of yours, then you may not be able to report it to the police.
