Since it is located at the far end of the room, the guest will perceive that there is more space between the entrance and the large piece of furniture. Having the entertainment center in the far corner also allows the remaining space to be used as the homeowner sees fit. The den can be decorated traditionally with sofas, end tables and coffee tables or with a more contemporary feel that includes chairs and game furniture.
