      Rajasthan is a state in India located in the north western part.  It is the biggest state of India. Not only by area, Rajasthan is also the biggest tourist destination in India. The number of tourists visiting Rajasthan’s in much higher when compared to other tourist destinations in India. Tourists from all over the world visit this mighty state. Other names given to these state are, ‘land of monuments’, and ‘land of kings’.The major attractions of Rajasthan are mainly its palaces and forts. Some of the popular palaces and forts are Nahar garh fort, Junagarh fort, Mehrangarh fort, Jaisalmer fort, Amber firt, Jaigarh fort, Salim Singh ji ki Haveli, Chittorgarh fort, Patwon ki Havelli, and many more. Some famous monuments are Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, City Palace, Birla Temple, Dilwara Jain temple, etc. Not only is Rajasthan famous for its forts and palaces there are also many beautiful temples. Dilwara jain temple is one such temple. It is considered as the pilgrimage of Jains.  All these structure are located in different parts of the state. Depending on where the tourist wishes to visit, there are numerous travel packages available by the travel agents to the tourists. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan is one of the most demanded tourist destination of Rajasthan, although the climate is hot in most of the months, this place never experience low tourists rate. In this single city itself these are many many great structures like Birla temple, Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, etc.Rajasthan is covered with Thar Desert. The places that can be visited to see this beatific desert are Jaisalmer, Jodhour, Binaker, Bamer and many more local traditional villages.
