Essay paper writing is an art that one achieves after years of persuasion. One also needs to have vast knowledge over the subject on which the essay needs to be written. We will tell you some of the important points that you will always need to remember at the time of writing any essay. These are
1) Think over the subject of the essay and try to form a clear idea about its meaning and scope.
2) Determine the important points upon which paragraphs are to be written.
3) Try to begin each paragraph with a key sentence which expresses the topic or theme of the paragraph.
4) Arrange the sentences in the essay in a logical order showing the relationship of one sentence with another. At any rate, an essay should not be a collection of loose and disjointed sentences.
5) To avoid monotony and bring variety in an essay use sentences of different lengths and construction.
6) Try to make the concluding sentence of the essay as full and rounded as possible.
7) While writing an essay do not deviate from the main point of the essay.
8) Avoid repetitions of words and ideas.
9) Avoid using too many interrogation and exclamatory sentences.
10) Do not quote anything from an author unless you are sure of it. There is nothing as bad as misquoting a passage.
11) Write the different paragraphs of your essay in such a way that one paragraph leads to another. If this is not done, the paragraphs of your essay will appear to be disconnected and even unintelligible.
12) Do not write more than three or four short paragraphs, each dwelling on a leading point of the topic.
13) The essay must be written within limit. If there be any and so, the paragraphs must not be very long.
14) See that your composition is grammatical, idiomatic and in good simple English. If corrections are necessary, make them as neatly as possible before you give it up. Remember that too many grammatical and spelling errors and clumsy alterations may irritate the examiner.To write an essay covering all the points relating to a subject within a short compass is really a different job. It requires not only full knowledge of the subject but also complete mastery of the language. Such an essay should be compact without being terse, concise without being incomplete. Beginners or even students of high schools will find it quite difficult to write a perfect essay. An essay should be written in a clear and simple style and in plain and easy language. It should be marked by felicity of expression and natural flow. While writing an essay a student should aim at lucidity, conciseness and accuracy as far as possible. He must also guard against grammatical errors and using slangs.Writing an essay needs the support of good research work. So as a student you also need to do sufficient research work on the subject of the essay to make a quality essay.
