You can still do something about it and the good news is you only need a few steps to speed up your computer. One reason why most computers slow down is because of all the files and out of date programs. Select all the programs that are no longer useful and remove them all. After clearing all unnecessary programs the next thing to delete are your old files, videos, music and photos. To do this, click on my documents, browse through your docs and select everything that you do not need anymore. However be careful in deleting some documents, make sure you check them all before deleting. You might need some of the files in the future. After ridding yourself from all the needless documents, browse your photos, music and videos.Scrub out everything that does not mean anything to you anymore. You will be surprised on how much space it will give you.Scan your Windows registry and fix it if necessary. If you are not familiar with the windows registry it is like a database of all the things you had created, and installed on your computer on a daily basis.
