Next, in a bowl, mix one and a half Tablespoons each of salt and sugar. Place prawns in salt and sugar mixture, cover, and remove. Place prawns in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to one hour. After, rinse and dry Alaska Spot Prawns and rinse and dry the bowl as well.In the bowl, combine one-fourth cup olive oil, one-fourth cup of cilantro, three finely chopped garlic cloves, two teaspoons grated lime peel, and half teaspoon of black pepper. Add the Alaska Spot Prawns to mixture and coat. Thread prawns on skewers, running them through each prawn at the tail end and head end so that it looks like a "C." Add a half-cup of sour cream, two Tablespoons of mayonnaise, two Tablespoons lime juice, one teaspoon of chili powder, and half teaspoon of salt. Mix in food processor until creamy. Place avocado cream sauce on plate with Alaska Spot Prawns and serve.
