Miley Cyrus' Glamorous Outfit at the 2010 Grammy Awards

The ever so popular pop star Miley Ray Cyrus has occasionally had her fashion successes and failures, but she definitely wowed the crowd and the celebrity press when she attended the 2010 Grammy Awards held on January 31.While she originally became famous for starring as the title character in the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana, it is hard not to become well known when you are the daughter of much beloved artist Billy Ray Cyrus. Miley is in fact just a nickname, her name at birth was actually Destiny Hope Cyrus. Still only 17-year-old, the young girl has already managed to make a major impact on both the worlds of music and fashion.In terms of fashion, the young teen created her own fashion line with Max Azria in 2009. The junior and girls' clothing line can only be found in select locations, but her clothes were widely promoted along with the release of one of Miley Cyrus' EPs in 2009. While critics were not overwhelmed by her fashion products, the latter were widely predicted to become high sellers. As usual in terms of positive predictions for the young singer, they turned out to be true.At the 2010 Grammy Awards, Miley graced the red carpet in a short but stunningly beautiful Herve Leger dress, and finished off the look with a pair of Balenciaga gladiator sandals. She was not surprisingly named as one of the best dressed celebrities on the red carpet during that event. Hopefully the positive critique will inspire her to dress equally nice at the next big music show.After the show, everything she wore at the show was auctioned off to the victims of the Haiti earthquake. However, if you were not able to participate in the auction, identical outfits are still available for purchase if you visit the right stores. However, it is also possible to get a similar result by wearing a nice short black dress and pairing it with any type of similar shoes. That will probably come out a lot cheaper than simply wearing the exact same outfit as Miley Cyrus wore at the Grammys. What would be the fun of that anyway?
