      The 5000 role models of excellence, is a program that strives on empowering people, especially young African Americans and Latino teens that are derived from modest conditions and lifestyles. This esteemed program was conjured up by an ambitious woman by the name of Dr. Frederica S. Wilson.While she was serving on the Miami-Dade County School Board, Dr. Wilson was starting to noticing various patterns of young men being incarcerated just for the color of their skin, letting the negative sides of temptation take over their lives and getting caught up in drugs, and also dropping out of high school. As nauseating as the situation got, she was wasn't willing to sit back and let things blow over, or allow the system and poverty destroy the lives of these young adolescent kids. Dr Wilson began to take matters into her own hands and began to gather small groups of young teens that were serious about their education, and she began working with these teens.Theses teens acquired not only knowledge, but they also gained poise and earned respect from their peers. Becoming a leader is a some what simple task but very complicated to maintain because you are always being put to the test to be seen of what you are made out of. When the program began it was called "The 500 Role Models Of Excellence" and it started receiving some national attention from the media, and it was featured on the famous les brown show.In 1994 the name was converted from the 500 role models of excellence, To the 5000 role models of excellence because of increasing number in members that were joining. To this day the club is still being recognized by major organizations and being endorsed by people that are very famous and powerful.The members that join also graduate from high school and go on to become something powerful in life. I for one can vouch for that because I am a recipient of the club and I've gone on and graduated myself.Louis Presume is dedicated to anyone success as long as he or she is willing to learn about how go about marketing online.
