Post a question on forums for your industry.Once you have a list of possibilities, start the narrowing down process. See what is within your budget. See what kind of customization is available. Look for what training and support services are.Often the learning curve may be steep, so changing packages is not feasible, plus it is unlikely you can get a refund. You may however, be able to get a demo to get a feel of the capabilities. Does it have the features you need such as the ability to build PERT charts, or Gantt charts to map out the project? |
