For a quick and rapid weight loss there has to be a plan that works not only through exercise but also a well planned specific diet for the specific body type and the thinking that is to be changed. It is now a proven fact that a lot depends on how we think reflects on our health so positive thinking is again very important for not only losing weight but also to win in any other way of life. -Visit other countries learn about holistic and alternative treatment therapies available, know if they have really helped people and how it helped them, never use anything without knowing about it. Last but not the least, always remember that being over weight is better than starving yourself and never lose weight at the cost of your good health, so find out whats the best way and then try it.
