Companies are always looking to employ secret shoppers because they always need somebody to give them a view of their stores from the eyes of a consumer. And lets face it, hired store employees aren't going to tell on themselves and risk getting fired. So companies want somebody to go into there stores and play the "boss" in disguise.Secret shoppers are employed to save companies money.
