The United States is blessed to have so many extremely high IQ people and our geniuses are about 5 in 1000 people, one of the highest ratios in the World. Most people if asked would describe a genius as a Nerd like person; clumsy, socially inept and non-attractive. Interestingly enough this is a totally false reality and it is time to break this myth once and for all.In the top psychological research papers there is much talk about the un-truths of Genius Stereotypes of the present period in American society. In fact a friend of mine Founded a major computer company and a couple of other companies and he is absolutely a genius and socially fine, plays cards with my uncle, fun to talk with at parties, witty and hilarious once he gets going, lots of people around him all the time.Bill Gates is a genius although has been stereotyped as a Nerd and plays that part well; he really isn't. Indeed he is so animated at times and can talk on ANY subject and is a Great Public Speaker, from my watching him in action at The Comdex Convention. Kind of reminds me of that guy who wrote the book; "Know it All" about his experience reading thru the Encyclopedia Britannica. Gates is very far from a social nincompoop. As the coordinator for an online think tank I have met many geniuses.I prefer to use the term "Human (+)" a label I coined. Of all these geniuses that I personally know, well they have symmetrical features (attractive by society standards). In fact most have good dexterity, athletic ability and are socially fine, no problem at all.Apparently society has got it all wrong on the definition of Genius. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.
