Keep on cliff hanging?!? What am I talking about NOW?I'm talking about the fact that as an author of great articles, you now have an OBLIGATION to yourself and to your articles to tease your readers even before they ever become your readers. You need to dangle the world's most tasty carrot in front of them because that's exactly how you 'get the click' and get them to read your words of wisdom...It is a very powerful way to write articles that pull like crazy. (Looking back at the articles I've written, I see a DRAMATIC increase in Page Views when I really try and craft a tempting Article Summary.)As a knowledgeable author, taking cues from the people in here who are discovering better and smarter ways of marketing your articles, you actually OWE it to your article to not-so-delicately dangle THEM in front of us and create IN US a desperate need to get to your words as if our lives depend on it.I continue to point out that each and every part of your article submission needs to play off of every other part...but Article Summaries have always been a favorite...because I know first hand what they're capable of.Done perfectly, after someone reads your Article Summaries, they should not be able to sleep until they get to your meat and potatoes. Fact.Your Article Summaries should be so engaging and so deliberately clever, that when seen, your readers become immobilized. They should be so captivated by your premise, and indeed, your cliff hanger to your article, that they feel as though NOT getting to it will somehow cause them harm.Do great cliff hangers work? Check out the one(s) I wrote for this article. They work and they are everywhere because they work. You are being BOMBARDED by great cliff hangers all day long.Great cliff hangers work INCREDIBLY well and if given their due, will automatically leave your readers in a state of panic if they don't get to your articles. So continue to cliff hang your article summary.Best one gets the most traffic.
