When you develop a weekly menu, you should plan your meals with the idea that you can reuse items from the previous day in the next meal. For example, if you're making hashbrowns with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and organic potatoes, you might want to incorporate the potatoes and EVOO into dinner that night by using them together with garlic and onion in a roasting pan.
