It is impossible to lose stubborn stomach fat and build the abdominal muscles if you don't know the secrets of fat loss. Trusting a diet is the most important fact why people are struggling to reach their goals. Losing weight is not the solution here you need to lose fat. Dieting stands for weight loss but the creators don't tell you that it ismainly water weight loss and even worse muscle weight loss. Therefore it is absolutely necessary that you know how the human body works. Working against your body won't help you any further; working together with your body will give you the desired results.

Focusing too much on abs exercises.

Abs exercises are not the key to get six pack abs. Everyone from babies to grand-parents do have abs it's the truth. But to show of your abdominal muscles you willhave to make them visible. The only way to see your abs is by having a low enough body fat percentage. Men need a body fat percentage about ten percent or lower.Women need a body fat percentage about seventeen percent or lower.

Spending too much energy on cardio exercises.

Bodybuilders are the people in the world with the lowest fat percentage and they don't do any cardio exercises. Don't get it wrong here cardio exercises are good for your body. But they are not necessary to get rid of abdominal fat. Exercises like sprints, hill sprints, swimming sprints and speed road jumping are much more effective. They stimulate a higher metabolic rate in the body then traditional abs exercises

Eating too much and to less.

It is nearly impossible to lose body fat with traditional meals and meal patterns. You should eat smaller meals and more frequent. It is recommended to eat at least six meals in a twenty-four hour period.

Consuming to much bad fats.

There are good fats and there are bad fats. Avoid eating bad fats like the plague.There are mainly two types of bad fats; saturated fats and trans fats. Saturated fats are mainly found in animal products such as meat, dairy, seafood and eggs. Trans fats are found in packaged foods, fried food and sweets such as popcorn.

Eating to less fruits and grains.

Healthy fibrous carbohydrates (fruits and grains) must be a part of your nutrition.However some carbohydrates must be avoided as well. People with six pack abs don't eat high fat-carbohydrates that are loaded with sugar.

Keep in mind that you must follow these rules if you ever want to get rid of tummy fat and get stronger abs.
