RSS or Real Simple Syndication is another traffic-generating tool used by most webmasters to send regular updates to their subscribers. In this method, subscribers get information directly from you so they don't need to turn to your competitors just to get valuable content. RSS when done perfectly can bring you enormous traffic that can be easily converted to instant cash. Here's how:

1. Put ads in your RSS feeds. You can simply incorporate Yahoo or Google ads codes in your publishing system to get ads that are relevant to your posts. You will earn instant cash every time you generate qualified clicks on these ads. By doing this, you can earn profit by monetizing the content of your site.

2. Bank on your content. Keep your subscribers interested by giving them information they truly need. Always keep your subscribers and their needs in mind whenever you write your articles. It would really help if your content are useful, relevant, interesting, and above all, timely.

3. Make it easy for your visitors to subscribe to your feeds. Add an RSS button on your website, where your visitors can easily see it. Once they have "click this button," they will become an instant addition to your subscriber's list.

4. Promote your products and services through RSS. Once you have steady and huge readership, you can market your offering through your feeds. You can either make an article about the products and services you are offering or publish recommendations or testimonials from your satisfied clients. Just be sure that you don't overdo it. Online users now can get easily annoyed when you present them with bulk of advertisements. To make this work for you, always make sure that you provide them more content than ads.
