In this Article, Part 3, we are going to discuss the product that will be purchased, how to develop your belief in your product, customer service, fulfillment and inventory of your product.
People buy from those that believe in what they represent. So the real secret to selling your product is to buy the product you will be marketing. This is not a cost of doing business in my opinion; rather owning your own product is the only way you can represent your company and your product with integrity, so be sure to buy your own product and use it.
When you use your product, you will develop a belief in the benefits that it provides and the transfer of this belief comes through in your voice. Understand this, if you do not believe in your product, no matter what you say, or how you say it, people will just know and the will not buy. A sale is made with the simple “transfer of enthusiasm”, the last four words of enthusiasm stands for “I Am Sold Myself”.
One of the most difficult and expensive overhead costs for small business, especially in Network Marketing Home Based Business, is Customer Service, Fulfilment and Inventory. You do not want to be responsible for any of these; (returns, shipping, having stock, etc.) find a company to represent that takes care of all this and does a good job at it.
If you have to handle customer service, stock inventory, or ship the product, run away.
