One arm lifts - do this while sitting with your arms on both sides and your fingers pointing to the floor. Slowly, raise one of your arms out the side while keeping your palm facing down and your elbow straight. Gradually, lower your arm to your side. Repeat the same process with your other arm.6. Shoulder touching - while sitting with your palms facing up and with arms at your sides, slowly bend your elbows until such time that your hands are touching your shoulders. Gradually, lower your hands to your sides.7. Single shoulder circles - put your fingertips on your shoulder while bending one elbow. Rotate one of your shoulders clockwise, and then counterclockwise. Repeat the same procedure with your other arm.8. Arm circles - with fingers pointing toward the floor, sit with your arms at the sides. Raise both of your arms out from the sides, approximately 1 to 2 feet away from the body.
