These sandwiches are also cheap and healthy because they are made with:1. 100% stone ground whole wheat bread - the "stone ground" part is very important. It ensures you are getting all of the health benefits associated with whole grains2. 2% fat cheese - You can use any low fast cheese for this recipe. I just happen to like American cheese. Low fat cheese is high in protein and calcium. Both can improve your health and help you lose weight3. Olive oil cooking spray - You can use canola cooking spray also. Olive oil is good for you in moderation. It's healthy oil that can help decrease your bad cholesterol and improve your overall health. Please consult your physician, registered dietitian, or certified fitness professional before starting or changing your diet or exercise program.About The Author:Kalvin Chinyere, M.D., fondly known as Dr. Kal, is a weight loss expert.
