DHEA or dehydroapiandrosterone is an over-the-counter medicine used to improve blood vessel function and insulin sensitivity. It is also believed to benefit patients with adrenal deficiency. Another benefit being claimed by DHEA is the improvement of alertness and stamina. DHT is the same reason why there is increase of libido among men and the corresponding hair thinning as well.If you want to avoid hair thinning or hair loss in general, you may need to stop taking DHEA supplementation.
