1) Work on research separately. - This can happen either once a week or once every 2 weeks. The goal is to generate enough keywords and ideas so that when the writing starts, more time can be devoted to producing content instead of research activities or brainstorming sessions.

2) Spend 2 hours on article writing EVERY single day. - Everyday, 2 hours are devoted to writing. You have your keywords, and you have your article titles. All you have to do is to sit down and write. There is no need to spend more than 2 hours per day on writing if you can write fast. If you are not good at writing, invest in a good article writing guide so that you can adopt a more systematic approach. Once the 2 hours is up, you stop writing and go do something else.

3) Weekends are off. - You can take the weekends off. Having a well balanced life is very important. Write only if you have spare pockets of time here and there. I personally don't allocate writing time on weekends. But sometimes ideas just fire off in my mind, and I write 2 to 3 articles.
