Is the Biltmore Who's Who a Scam? Popularity:

Biltmore Who's Who is apparantly a hard cover book that is a member directory providing biographies and contact information. Is this True.. Biltmore Who's Who specializes in providing members with biographical information of Executives and Professionals. We encourage all members to use the publication to contact and network with other members to enhance public relations or possibly develop mutual and beneficial business relationships.

Biltmore Who's Who a scam or Rip-Off? Or a legitimate –and necessary - tool to promote yourself and your business in this new digital age? Separating the myths about Biltmore from the real facts may surprise you. Below a NY-based Chamber of Commerce President comments on his experiences with Biltmore, along with several other professionals. Biltmore Who's Who would like to introduce you to Carlo Alberto Lozzi of Miami, Florida.

Mr. Lozzi has extensive business experience having worked in multi-million dollar computer companies in the mid 1980's. He worked in the network communication business for companies such as Racal Milgo and Kiwi Industries learning business and management operations until delving full-time into the restaurant realm. He began helping out in the family business making pizza deliveries for the small family takeout restaurant. From there he began working in several different restaurants and was fortunate enough to be under the tutelages of Mario Zorzetto, the former chef to Maria Callas, Luigi Rizzo one of the original chefs of the Club Med franchise and Hans Voerghter a well know chef in the South Beach community. Along the way he always had the opportunity to be mentored by his father, Mr. Vittorio Lozzi another well known chef in South Beach, formerly the executive chef of I Papparazzi of South Beach and Cancun, Mexico.

Presently, Mr. Lozzi owns and operates a IHOP (International House of Pancakes) in two locations in Miami Dade County and works collaboratively with various community organizations sponsoring charitable events to the communities of Miami Dade County.

And Also Biltmore Who's Who is pleased to introduce Dr. Eneida O. Roldan, Chief Executive Officer of the Metroplitan Hospital in Miami.

On February 8, 2007, Metropolitan Health System acquired Miami-based Pan American Hospital. The hospital had declared Chapter 11 in 2004, and one year later its board of directors was dissolved. In April 2005, the bankruptcy court approached Dr. Eneida Roldan and six other community leaders to form a new board of directors.

"The court wanted the new board of directors to be community leaders", said Roldan, president and CEO. "Although I came in because they were looking for a doctor with a business background, we each agreed to participate pro bono because we each have a personal attachment to the history and vision of the hospital.
