From now on when you have your own website, you send all the traffic to this website and not to your affiliate link, and now you give your visitors a choice. On your website you can be unique, and promote different affiliate programs in one place.
When you own a personal website, you can brand yourself while you promote your affiliate products. People will learn to know you by your name and your website will become you trademark. This is when you will become a successful business man or woman and not just another affiliate.
When you own a website you can build a relationship with your visitors. It is important to let your prospects know there is a real person behind the products and that they can contact you with questions. You do not have to give customer support; you are building respect and trust. And the next time these visitors want to buy more products, they will come back to your website, because they know you.
With a website of your own you can become an affiliate marketing leader. You can join as many affiliate programs as you like and use your one website to sell a verity of products to you visitors and become the leader.
