Some of the ingredients you should look out for are Coenzyme Q10, retinol, copper peptides, hydroxyl acids and kinetin. These are proven as being effective to diminish wrinkles, lifting and tightening the skin.

One way to assist your skin in looking younger is to stay away from elements such as Ultraviolet rays, these play a big role in premature aging of the skin, this means avoiding the sun as well as tanning beds. When you do have to spend time in the sun, ensure that you use a sun block and be generous with its application.

Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol is also extremely damaging to the skin, smoking causes bad circulation and drinking excessively causes dehydration which dries out the cells of the skin making it more vulnerable to damage. All alcohol intake should be limited and smoking, well it is bad overall for health, why not quit altogether?
