Power dialers make slightly fewer calls in a day, but still offer a highly streamlined process for time-saving while allowing the sales rep the ability to stay behind the wheel of the sales machine.

Power dialers are best-suited to any company that is spending a lot of money on leads, particularly a business-to-business (B2B) sales force. This dialer is powerful, and creates little waste. Power dialers only dial one number at a time, calling the phone rep first, and then calling the lead. The call is placed at the discretion of the phone rep, so he or she is always on the line and ready to go when it is answered. With this dialer, each lead is treated with respect, and has a higher chance of making it through the stages of a sales cycle to the close

Power dialers are the only sensible solution for B2B calls since there are often receptionists or voicemail boxes to navigate and with a predictive dialer that navigation would be impossible at worst, awkward and impolite at best. With a power dialer, the agent is on the phone from the call's inception so that he or she can maneuver the entire length of this course with human intelligence and presence.
