The Chastain Park area of Atlanta is located on the northern side of Buckhead and borders the south side Sandy Springs. While there are still some excellent values for homes around Chastain Park, virtually all of the new homes begin at prices over $1,000,000. The superior education, outdoor lifestyle, mature landscape, large lots of usually an acre and convenient location make Chastain Park real estate very desirable.
